1. Which Payment Methods can I use?

We offer 10 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay as well as many different local payment methods. For more details on our available payment methods click here.

2. What if my order arrives and it doesn't fit me?

Don't worry we got your back! Just reach out our dedicated customer service team at support@intofa.com and we will make sure that you can exchange your items to the size needed.

3. How do I wash my product?

For the best care of our clothing products, we advise using a washing machine with a lower temperature setting. This not only safeguards the garment but also helps the environment.

4. I received my item damaged, what now?

Rest assured, instances of products arriving damaged are extremely rare, thanks to our rigorous quality control measures conducted by our trained warehouse staff prior to shipping. However, should such an unlikely event occur, please send us a photo of the damage by getting in contact with our support staff. Simply send an e-mail to support@intofa.com. We will promptly dispatch a replacement at no extra cost, prioritizing your shipment.
